Registration:
You actually have to register to Easy Booking Service (the online reservation system) and to choose the Reseller Manager option. CLICK HERE
Available Hotels is the default reseller and will be immediately informed.

Senior Membership:
We create dedicated pages to promote your hotel in Available Hotels directories. You'll be listed in front of other hotels and really marketed. You choose the commission rate, the higher it is, the more reservations you get. 10% is a classical figure, most hotels use the same rate for offline and online resellers.

Management:
Your account will be handled by Easy Booking Service our dedicated partner for independant hotels. It provides the online reservation system that will manage the bookings, lets you update your availabilities and your deposit and cancellation policies. Actually you'll have the possibility to use this reservation system for other online resellers and for your own site as well.

Conditions:
We have to create dedicated pages to promote your hotel in Available Hotels directories. So we need your authorisation to use the pictures and descriptions of your site. In general, any additional information you'd like us to present would be welcome. Remember we also create dedicated sites for interested hotels. Always with the same money conditions = only commissions!
Contract: To become a Senior Member you'll actually register to Easy Booking Service's Reseller Manager. It will enable you to use the online reservation system from your site (no commissions) and to have other resellers as well.
Accountancy: Easy Booking Service keeps track of all reservations we bring and present a monthly/quaterly draft invoice. The hotel erases the reservations that ended cancelled and pays the due commissions only. We always respect the decision of the hotel. If we believe it cheats, we just stop our service.

- How can I recognise a junior from a senior member in the directory?
Senior members are listed higher than Junior members.
- Can I be sure that my property will be included?
If you choose one of the memberships and respect its conditions, yes absolutely.
- Are there further conditions?
Basic conditions occur to each level of membership. We based our success on a friendly internet, you should enjoy it as well! See the Junior conditions.
- I filled the form but I'm not in the directory yet, why?
The insertion is manual, you'll be noticed by email. Allow us 24 hours minimum before to contact us again. Of course, Senior hotels that didn't update their availabilities should do it first.
